CW100 EFFECTS SPEAKER
The floor standing Image CW100 is the perfect rear-effect speaker for small to medium size rooms or where wall mounting is not an option. The same Morel drivers found in the Image 401 Monitor are mounted here on an angled baffle, and the cabinets can be turned toward rear and sidewalls or aimed directly into the corner. This flexibility allows you to maximise the radiation of diffuse sound into your listening room plus gain 'acoustic height'. The input terminals are fitted on the cabinet base so that the speaker cables can be neatly hidden. Optional cabinet plinths shown in this photo provide greater cabinet stability on thick carpets by giving the speaker a larger footprint. They are available from Image for a modest extra charge.
