CUSTOMER WARRANTY
Image Loudspeakers Limited offer a two year non-transferable warranty on all Image speaker products from date of original purchase*.
After you have purchased your Image product please complete the customer Warranty Registration Form online. This will ensure that your details are securely held by Image should service be necessary, both within and outside the warranty period.
Please retain your original purchase invoice or sales docket. Verification of purchase date will be required should service be necessary under warranty.
Terms of Limited Two Year Warranty
All Image loudspeakers are covered by a two year warranty, valid from original purchase date*.
This warranty is offered exclusively to the original purchaser of an Image product and is not transferable.
If an Image product is defective in normal domestic use due to a fault in materials, parts or workmanship, Image Loudspeakers Ltd will either repair or replace such defective parts or materials free of charge (subject to the following), within a reasonable time after such product is returned to either the seller or Image's address as listed below.
This warranty does not cover any damage or faults that arise from mishandling or transit damage.
This warranty is void if any Image product is opened, modified or tampered with in any way.
Service
Should you require warranty service please contact the dealer from whom you purchased your Image product with proof of purchase. You will be advised whether the Image product needs to be returned to them, or returned to Image Loudspeakers Ltd. You must pay all shipping and insurance charges if it is necessary to return the product to Image or your seller. Image is not responsible for the cost of returning any warranty-claim product to or from any dealer or retailer.
*Only applicable to new and unopened cartons containing IMAGE products. If purchased as shop-stock, the warranty starting date reverts to the product serial number and date of invoice to the distributor purchased from.
